Premium sales increase after re-launch
Retail company Bjorn Borg launched a new web page on bjornborg.com in April 2010, significantly increasing sales. The average order value has grown by 75 %. The project was performed during 4 intense months with a close partnership between the E-commerce organization at Bjorn Borg and Fiwe.
The online success has given Bjorn Borg more enthusiasm for business in the web channel than ever and the company is now ready to launch a solution for the B2B-users.
Premium cross channel optimization
In April 2010, DYI Discount Store company Cheapy launched a new web shop and site. This premium solution is the perfect combination of rich customer information and product presentation.
The first month after the launch, the traffic to the web site had increased by 50 % compared to the same time the previous year.
The site is built to provide the DYI interested with information to make the purchase online, or bring a how-to description or purchase list into one of the Cheapy stores. All marketing is purposed drive traffic to both the online and the physical store.
Elfa International AB makes a big investment in online services for their customers
Elfa International AB’s upcoming interactive e‐commerce solution is designed to support customers throughout the buying process, from inspiration to planning, ordering, and delivery. Customers can create their own storage solution based on their needs and style requirements with support from inspiring guides, selection help, and visualization in 3D.
The complete solution is delivered by Fiwe and is based on IBM’s e‐commerce solution WebSphere Commerce, the sales tool Tacton Configurator from Tacton Systems, a planning tool with real‐time 3D from Animech Technologies, and user interface design by Deasign AB. Adobe Scene7 is also built into the solution to provide the dynamic environment image display.
Increased web presence gives Bergsala more speed in the gaming market
Bergsala AB, a well-known distributor of quality products from some of the worlds leading suppliers of games for tv, (Nintendo), home electronics and communication equipment went live with new home pages for Nintendo, Pokemon and Bergsala for the Nordic market.
New homepage supports AP&T in their global expansion
Automation, Presses & Tooling AB (AP&T), www.aptgroup.com, went live on June 1st with their new global homepage based on Web Content Management platform Morello from Mediasurface Ltd (UK). Project management by Fiwe in co-operation with the market communication company Speak Marketing AB.
New e-Commerce solution from IBM and Fiwe strengthens the cornerstones of Dahl
Dahl Sverige AB has gone live with a new upgraded E-commerce solution. The solution is based on the platform IBM WebSphere Commerce Server (WCS) V6 and was implemented by e-Commerce specialists Fiwe Systems & Consulting AB, Premier IBM Business Partner.
Fiwe supports Eldon Group with a streamlined order process
Fiwe has been given an assignment by Eldon Group (www.eldon.com) to develop a tool that will rationalize the process flow for orders with customer-unique products. The tool will increase the transparency when placing orders and will be used by all companies within the Eldon group. Fiwe will also support Eldon within the areas of portal and e-Commerce.
